Error messages that can be confirmed are displayed from within the dashboard.
Possible error messages to confirm can be (but are not limited to) one of the below
- The analysis results of sample 'xyz' in analysis 'run name' are not processed by the Samples module, as it exceeds the maximum limit. If this is a control sample, verify if the nametags in your assay configuration are correct
- Explanation: the sample module is built to capture a certain amount of repeated analyses for the same sample. In case this amount is reached, the newly authorised sample results will not be added to the sample in the sample module. Most of the time, many repeats of a particular sample are control samples. Authorised control samples are stored in the QC module for visualisation and follow-up. Reach out to the support team to include this sample as a control in your assay.
