Error messages and system logs are displayed from within the dashboard. System logs are the FastFinder version numbers.
Possible error messages can be (but are not limited to) one of the below:

Failed to upload 'xyz'. File is already uploaded.
- Explanation: FastFinder workflow returns an error when the same file is uploaded multiple times

Failed to upload 'xyz'. File type not supported.
- Explanation: Only specific file type formats are supported within FastFinder Analysis or Workflow

Failed to upload 'xyz'. Not all data files have the same extension.
- Explanation: Multiplate analyses must come from the same device type instances and have the same extension.

Failed to upload 'xyz'. Only data files from the same instrument type can be combined into a multi-plate analysis
- Explanation: Multiplate analyses must come from the same device type instances and have the same extension.
Reach out to our support team in case the error message is not in this list and requires additional explanation.
In case no errors were generated, only the system log of your FastFinder version will be displayed.
