The Details tab provides a complete overview of the results for individual targets. Therefore, a single well can have multiple results, represented as one row per target.
The result state is shown for each target, while detected ones also include a Cq value and/or concentration, along with relative quantification (if configured). If there notifications present on target level, they are also visible here.
In case your plugin allows it, you can modify the result state and adjust the Cq setting, as well as acknowledge an error notification (if present).
A sample can be marked as failed on target level. Marking a single target as failed will result in all associated targets (from that sample) to be marked as failed as well. Thus, it is not possible to mark a single target as failed.
Manage filters and item display
Using the Filters button, you can easily filter and visualize a single result or subset of the results. A filter can be applied for each of the available columns in the samples table. You can also manage displayed columns and their order using the settings button next to Filters.
Bulk editing of results
Another feature available on the Details page is the option to edit results in bulk. For a selection of results, it is possible to make the same change simultaneously, thus simplifying the workload.
For example, a filter is applied to select all targets that have an error notification uncertain result. Following a review of the individual curves, all notifications can be confirmed using bulk edit.
For audit trail purposes, a comment is mandatory when changing results.
