FastFinder platform version
The FastFinder platform version (the non-clinical component of FastFinder) can be found in different locations:
Support
The subtab support shows your current FastFinder versions per application with the manufacturing date.
Audit logs
Go to the audit logs and filter on system log type to display the full history of FastFinder versions and when your environment was updated. The column 'module' will show which FastFinder application was updated.
Dashboard - error and system audit logs
You can find your latest FastFinder update date and version from within the dashboard. For more information, see Dashboard - Error and system audit logs
Assay Plugin version
The Assay Plugin is your clinical component within the FastFinder platform. You can consult the Assay Plugin version from different locations.
Lab configuration - assay
From within Lab configuration - assays, you can visualise all your active/in-active plugins.
The version of the plugin is displayed in the General tab - Versions:
Analyses
From within an open analysed run, you can click on the assay hyperlink to see the flyover of the assay details containing the version number.
Analyses - PCR setup
From within the PCR setup tab of the analysis by expanding the 'More info' field.
Archive - Analysis results
From within an archived analysis, you can click on the assay hyperlink to see the flyover of the assay details containing the version number.
CSV export
Alternatively, from within an authorized analysis, you can download and open the CSV export file. You can find the applicable plugin version in the 'AP version' column.
